Karen Tran-Harding, MD is a Diagnostic Radiologist, specializing in the use and interpretation of medical imaging to diagnose, manage, and provide therapeutic options for patients. Medical imaging includes X-ray imaging, computed tomography (CT) scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, and ultrasonography.

Raised in Southern California, Dr. Tran-Harding earned a Bachelor’s degree in biology from UCLA and attended medical school at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. After OB/GYN training, she switched her focus to Radiology. Karen then returned to California from Kentucky in 2019, bringing along her husband, Dr. Cameron Harding, and two corgis, Lola and Jude, as souvenirs. She then received her abdominal imaging fellowship training at UCI Medical Center.

Dr. Tran-Harding has authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed journals and book chapters as well as many op-ed pieces for physician media outlets including the Student Doctor Network and KevinMD.

Dr. Tran-Harding’s greatest passions include providing medical education and sharing stories of other’s accomplishments, both professional and personal, to create hope and inspiration.
